This page explains the difference between public DriverWell information, optional signed-in features and privacy-protected organisational insight in clear language.
You can read the Everyday Support hub, emergency information, condition guidance, Toolbox Talks and public resources without signing in. Public search runs in your browser. The words you search for are not sent to DriverWell.
Some optional features need a signed-in account, such as saving personal choices, joining a learning journey or managing a purchase. We will explain the relevant data choice before a feature asks to store information.
Employers and owners do not see individual wellbeing records. Any operational reporting is aggregate only, with a floor of 10 for engagement and usage statistics and 20 for mood, fatigue or health-related information. Higher-risk health reporting is not available.
If you choose it in browser-storage preferences, DriverWell can count consented daily-active browsers, aggregate site visits and a small set of public information pages. It does not record an account, employer, session ID, device fingerprint, search words, health information or private support activity.
DriverWell is building an offline reading foundation for selected public support pages. If you have opened a public page while connected, your browser may keep the page shell and recent public content available when your signal drops. Private entries, chat conversations, payment information and employer data are not included in the public offline pack.
Offline availability depends on your device, browser storage and what you have opened recently. External links, calls, emergency services and professional-support websites still need a connection.
Aggregate reporting is intended to help an operator choose a constructive next step, not to identify, rank or manage an individual worker. If a group is below a reporting floor, DriverWell withholds the result rather than presenting a misleading or potentially identifying figure.
Promote a sleep toolbox talk or a general break resource to the whole team.
Review the organisation's first-48-hours support route and make it visible.
Treat the missing figure as a privacy safeguard, not as evidence of low demand.

Optional measurement is always voluntary. You can turn it on or off without affecting public support or signed-in features.
