Report a security concern

Report a suspected vulnerability, unauthorised access, phishing attempt or potential personal-data incident. Do not include passwords, API keys, payment card data or unnecessary health information.

Reference and status

A successful submission receives a reference and status-only receipt. Report details remain restricted to authorised administrators.

No fixed response promise

Reports are triaged by potential impact and available evidence. DriverWell does not provide continuous monitoring.

Describe what you observed, when it occurred and safe steps that reproduce it. Attachments are not accepted through this form.

If there is an immediate risk to life or public safety, contact the emergency services. For coordinated disclosure or a web-form problem, email peter@www.driverwell.co.uk without sending secrets.
