Track Your Progress: Retake Assessments
Change doesn't happen overnight — especially when it comes to nutrition habits built up over years of life on the road. That's why we've introduced assessment retakes with progress tracking.
How It Works
30-Day Cooldown
After completing a Nutrition Assessment, you can retake it after 30 days. This gives you enough time to:
- Implement the recommendations from your insights
- Build new habits
- See real changes in your eating patterns
Progress Comparison
When you complete a retake, you'll see a side-by-side comparison showing:
- Green (Improved) — areas where your habits have gotten better
- Red (Needs Attention) — areas that have declined
- Grey (No Change) — areas that stayed the same
What's Compared
The system tracks 7 key nutrition indicators:
- Meal frequency — are you eating more regularly?
- Breakfast habits — are you starting shifts fuelled?
- Hydration — are you drinking more water?
- Caffeine intake — have you reduced dependency?
- Sugar consumption — are you choosing better snacks?
- Food access — are you planning ahead more?
- Energy levels — do you feel more sustained energy?
Your Assessment History
Every assessment you take is saved. Over time, you'll build a history that shows your journey:
- First assessment: baseline
- Second assessment: early changes
- Third assessment: habits forming
- Fourth assessment+: lifestyle established
When to Retake
You'll see a "Retake Assessment" button on your Nutrition Insights page when you're eligible (30+ days since your last assessment). The button shows:
- Days since your last assessment
- How many assessments you've completed
- A countdown if you're not yet eligible
Tips for Improvement Between Assessments
- Focus on one thing — don't try to change everything at once
- Use the Meal Planner — plan your week every Sunday
- Check the Roadside Food Guide — know your healthy options before you hit the road
- Track with the Nutrition Log — daily logging builds awareness
- Read your insights — the personalised recommendations are based on YOUR answers
The Bigger Picture
Small improvements compound. A driver who:
- Adds one extra glass of water per shift
- Swaps one sugary snack for a piece of fruit
- Eats breakfast before their shift instead of skipping it
...will see measurable improvements in energy, alertness, and overall wellbeing within 30 days.
Check your Nutrition Insights page to see if you're eligible for a retake. Every assessment brings you closer to understanding — and improving — your nutrition on the road.
