New practical support routes for the transport workforce

DriverWell has added practical, account-free information routes for people across transport and logistics.

The latest update is designed to make it easier to find a useful starting point without having to create an account or share personal details.

Support Today

Support Today gives people a simple route into existing DriverWell support, whether the priority is a difficult day, a break, sleep, stress, money worries, health information or finding the right next step. It is for drivers and everyone else helping the industry move, including planners, dispatchers, mechanics, warehouse teams, office staff, cleaners and managers.

Drivers' Hours and Road Transport Working Time

The new Drivers' Hours and Road Transport Working Time page brings together factual starting points and official links. It is not a calculator, legal advice or a compliance decision, but it can help people identify which official guidance to check and where to seek support.

Journey and Site Safety

The Journey and Site Safety guide brings together practical prompts for safer arrivals, loading and unloading areas, lone working, fatigue and what to do after a difficult incident. It does not collect reports, location data, names or incident details.

Third-party harassment and transport work

There is also a new information and signposting page on third-party harassment and transport work. It explains the 30 October 2026 legal change in plain English, with official sources and routes to ACAS, trade unions, the police where appropriate, and DriverWell's existing support pages.

This page is not a reporting channel. DriverWell does not receive complaints, statements, evidence or incident notes, and it does not make legal findings or provide legal advice.

Privacy stays central

These additions do not introduce employer access to an individual's support activity. There are no new incident forms, hidden reporting flows, personal tracking or employer-visible wellbeing records.

DriverWell remains a place for private help, practical information and clear signposting for the whole transport workforce.

Information and signposting only. For an emergency, contact 999. For employment advice, use ACAS or a qualified adviser for your circumstances.
